low voltage power pack

This is the 4th power pack I've had to order. It seems that the timer quits working or it gets a short inside after a 3 or 4 year period. The product is excellent but work needs to be done on making them last longer. I realize it runs 24/7 but I have other things that run 24/7 also and they don't die in 3 or 4 years. It is not overloaded but indeed under the rated capacity. Hope Intermatic gets this and works on improving their already good product.More detail ...

It's Cute at Night!

Even I think color-changing light is a bit tacky but hey this is a hummingbird! A clear acrylic hummingbird tops a two-part stake. A rechargeable battery is included and must be inserted into one half of the stake prior to assembly. The solar panel is a disk encircling the stake. The hummingbird is well-done. There's some detail; it's not just a blob.



This baby stays lit all night. It's still lit at sunrise. The LED is a pretty bright light. This piece makes a bold statement at night. That said it's virtually invisible during the day. I do like it and will look for more solar/LED lighting now that I've tried this. If you prefer yard art with a little class you won't like it. If you're into novelty you will.

Just The Right Touch!

Not too big and not too small. These solar lights are beautimous!! They provide just the right accent for my flower garden. I love the different colored hues they display while transitioning from color to color! Adorned with the mosaic crackle glass balls they are every bit as pretty during the day as they are at night. Bright as expected- Good Value

These are as bright as I would expect from solar charged LEDs brighter than most others I've seen. They have no affect on a night with a bright full moon. But when it's pitch black out they make a huge difference. They make my front walk and steps safe. I put aluminum foil inside of one half and inside the top to reflect more light on the walkway. The charge will last at least a few hours from indirect sun and the lights stay bright for long into the night if they are in full sun. They're easy to install and easy to get apart if you have to work on them. It looks like the rechargeable AA battery inside could be replaced if it ever needed to be. Super Deal on a Great Solar Light!!

We've had this light for about a month now and it is working wonderfully! It can be mounted as one piece or comes apart so the solar panel can be mounted for best exposure. In addition to a couple of shorter settings this light has a 3 minute setting on it but as long as you are moving within the range of the motion detector it will stay on constantly. Compared to our other solar light this one does a fantastic job of lighting the area we intended it for. We fully intend to get another of these lights very soon.More detail ...

Something Unique 4U

These lights are different from any other solar light that I've seen during all of my research in finding solar lights to build my "solar light garden." I live in an apartment building on the second floor with a deck outside the living room. Since I don't have a yard I decided to create a "garden" with solar lilies tulips pansies cattails globes butterflies dragonflies and solar fiber optic sprays (which sway in the breeze). Almost every single "stalk" has a bare space of about 6" to 7" between the top of the solar cell and the bottom of the "flower" or globe or butterfly/dragonflies. This grass can be manipulated in the degree of spread and covers that bare space perfectly. I think anybody using garden solar lights would be delighted with the addition of this "grass." (In addition the shipping service/speed was about as quick -- actually quicker -- as anybody could reasonably expect.) It is my understanding this company has just begun using Amazon Marketplace. They possess quality of product and quality of service so do not I repeat do not let their relatively short period of working through Amazon be a deterrent. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY BAD AND THERE IS NOT EVEN ANY WARRANTY OR CUSTOMER SERVICE INFO IN WITH THE PRODUCT as I found out when it broke and going to Home Depot for help was a joke. Anyway I am happy so far with the Malibu and it seems that it has a bigger transformer than the Hampton and the overall construction is better.
